Hey everyone!! Long time, no update!
For the past three years, I have been living in Athens and attending the University of Georgia. God has been kind to me here, and I have learned much inside and outside of the classroom. I am studying Social Work, and I will be interning at DFCS next year!
During my time here, I have been stretched and pruned and refined and molded more into the person God created me to be! It has been hard, but it has been good.
Since returning from the World Race, I have been praying and waiting on The Lord for another opportunity to go and serve overseas! I spent multiple summers of unleashing my inner child as a camp counselor (what a time!!). God has opened a door for me to go back overseas this summer! I will be in the Middle East with a group of brothers and sisters who are passionate about seeing the Kingdom come to earth. I am humbled by this opportunity.
The World Race was so, so important to me. I have become increasingly thankful that The Lord allowed me to have that experience. I want to thank each of you for being encouragers, supporters, and prayer warriors for me during that season of my life.
As I step into new things, I want to continue to keep everyone updated! I am going to transition from this blog to sending email updates via MailChimp!
