small LIFE UPDATE.

  • I moved out of my SF apartment mid-June.
  • I’m leaving my amazing job.
  • I just finished up my first year of seminary! Which, I’ll be putting on hold for now.
  • I’ll be living out of a backpack. Again.
  • My dream life of bunk bed living is becoming a reality. (but actually. #dreamlife)
  • Annnnnnnd. I’m back to a life of fundraising for support.

Okay, maybe not so small…

All of this comes with so many emotions. San Francisco, and its beautiful people, have become home over the last two years. From late nights building sweet community, to road trips, to intercession, to potlucks, to countless hours of worship and prayer, there truly hasn’t been a dull moment. So incredibly thankful for each and every person I had the joy of meeting and loving, and being loved by during my time there.

Not only has my time in SF been full of beautiful community, but also powerful ministry— I’ve been BLOWN AWAY by all the Lord has done (and will continue to do) in this city! I had the absolute honor of praying and seeing the Lord heal right before my eyes, walking sons and daughters through inner-healing, giving people an encounter with the presence of God, and leading many to Christ (telemarketers, UBER drivers, corner store clerks, pedestrians… people are longing to hear the Good News!). JESUS IS MOVING, and I’m beyond blessed that I’ve been able to be a part of what the Lord is pouring out in these days.

For the past few months though, I’ve been feeling a stirring inside of me that my time in this gem of a city was coming to an end. This transition back to the Nations has been brewing in the secret place, and I’m beyond expectant for what the Lord is going to do. Starting in Ecuador, I’ll be leading a co-ed group of 14 young emerging leaders for the month of July. Following this, I’ll be leading a trip to Puerto Rico in November, and then plan to launch again in January for 6 months! Glory to glory.

So… back to the last item on my life update list… Yep, FUNDRAISING.

This is where I need YOUR help. It is an absolute honor and privilege to ask if you would prayerfully consider sowing into my ministry, either with a commitment to prayer, or a financial gift? Both are equally as powerful!

Financially, I need to raise $2,000 + $1,000 for expenses for travel and supplies for the field while in Ecuador, and then another large sum for the missions that follow. Please join me in praying for the Lord’s provision for these missions!

If the Lord is prompting you to give, no matter what the amount, there are three ways to do so.

  1. Venmo @brittanylocati
  2. Paypal [email protected]
  3. Visit my blog www.brittanylocati.theworldrace.org (this is a tax deductible option— Adventures In Missions is a tax-exempt organization under IRS code 501(c)(3) and is a member of the ECFA. (Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability).)

Whether a commitment to pray or sowing financially, I’d absolutely love to invite you into this journey with me! I’ll be sending out email updates with photos and testimonies each week/bi-weekly of all the Lord is doing, and would be honored to put some encouragement—of seeing and experiencing the fruit of what you’re sowing into— into your Inbox. If you’d like to be added to my email updates, email me at [email protected].

THANK YOU. THANK YOU. THANK YOU,

for taking the time to read this letter, and for partnering with me in my mission to make disciples of all nations!

Love each of you beyond measure!

Grace and peace,

Brittany Locati
