Hey guys!!
Just wanted to give you an update from the field. The Squad has made it to Africa!! Our fourth month will be spent Lesotho, the Malealea Valley, to be specific. Our ministry will be discipleship of the Shepard boys the roam the valley and helping out in the villages however we can spreading the love of Jesus as we go. The goal is to be servants in the community and showing people what a life with Christ looks like and discipling others to do the same. We are pretty removed from the cities and will have limited contact with the outside world. It is a very beautiful place. It’s peaceful and soothing to look out from our back porch at the mountains that surround us. Please be praying for fruitful ministry and an awareness of the work that Papa is doing here. Many people in the valley claim Christianity but still practice the teachings of the witch doctors in the area. We are all in agreement that Papa wants to Shepard the people in Malealea just as they Shepard their own flocks and herds. Pray that the people would hear Papa’s voice. That they would learn to trust it when they hear it and know that they are looked after and pursued when they stray away. Lastly, pray for endurance and perseverance to pursue the people that Papa is pursuing to bring them back.
