One of my squad leaders advised I share this post from my journal. I have been exercising my knowledge and patience with listening prayer and this is a word I received from God the other day. Maybe it applies to you and maybe not, but it certainly spoke to me.
“Your Father God says, it is so easy to lose the value in something. It can get dirty, worn out, tarnished, rusted and even broken. When someone who doesn’t know what the item was originally created to be, tries to put value or a worth on the item, it will always be wrong. Only the person who created the item can put worth on it. The creator of the item can look at a dirty, worn out, tarnished, rusted, broken piece and still see how valuable it is. The creator can clean up the piece, buff it, remove the rust, and glue back together the broken pieces; and then when the creator looks at the once broken piece, he will see a brand new piece – with no blemishes, no cracks, spotless and whole. The price that I, the Creator, will place on you, My piece, My handiwork, will be priceless – invaluable. Nothing could buy you, there is no amount of money that would be able to pay for your worth and beauty. You are a treasure beyond any earthly value. You are My Beloved; you are loved.”
