As I think through the past three months of the World Race, I see so much growth, life, love, hardship, and stretching that has taken place in my life and the lives of my teammates. We have been through so much as a team. We have worked through really hard areas in our lives and in community living. Our team, however, is shifting. We are entering into transition. Our dynamics are changing and the fruit of our stretching is starting to peek above the surface of the ground. It really is an exciting time for our team. We still have a long way to go in this journey The Lord has us on. In addition to the spiritual transition that we see coming for our team, there has been a transition in the natural as well. As of yesterday, I have stepped down from team leading. The new team leader of Team Open Arms is Molly Reel. My squad leaders prayed about it and felt like it was time for me to step back and just be a racer in this next season. I could not agree more! I am happy to have served my team as team leader for the past three months, and I am equally happy to serve my team as a racer! God has so many good things for all of us in this next season, and I cannot wait to see things continue to expand and increase! So, while this is a short blog, I just wanted to update you on all things Team Open Arms! We are at the tipping point, one more drop from Holy Spirit and our team is just going to explode and overflow! I cannot wait for all of this to happen! Please be praying for us this month as we enter into Colombia! It’s going to be wild, great, and full of him!

Enjoy the photo montage of Team Open Arms from day 1 until now! 🙂
