"Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver." – 2 Corinthians 9:7
I just wanted to share that scripture with you guys real quick. If you want to donate then do it! If you don't want to but you feel like we are close so you have to, then don't do it! If you don't want to donate then don't do it! Giving to the Kingdom is supposed to be a blessing, not a hindrance. If you are hesitant on wanting to give money, check yo' self. Just simply ask God if you should donate or not. If He says no than it will both bless you and me. If He says yes then it will both bless you and me. Just make sure to check in with the coolest Father in the world first!
I've got lots of fundraisers to try and raise support for the World Race! Here they are:
- No Limits fundraiser! All you simply do is take a jar, or a bowl, or a petri dish, or the biggest cup in the world and you fill it with coins! Whatever change you get back from purchases or that you find on the street or that you steal from your children's piggy bank (partly kidding) you can put in the jar! Just get the jar back to either myself or bring it to Living Hope Christian Center in Madras!
- Bunches o' Cans fundraiser! I'm cashing in all cans and bottles and putting all of the deposits towards the World Race! It's insane how much money God provides through doing these little tasks! Just bring the cans to myself (not the church) and I will cash them!
- I am selling World Race bracelets for $2 each! They are stylish and a good reminder to pray for those who are on this journey! Wrist model: Joan McDonald
- Round 2 of shirts! Fund The Nations has designed another awesome shirt for this missions trip! All shirts have really good quality and they are pre-shrunk! The sizes go from Youth Medium all the way up past Adult 3X. I'm selling them for $20 each and prices are negotiable for youth and children. I will be ordering them on June 1st so let me know ASAP if you want one! - I have an Amazon wishlist with the rest of the supplies that I need for the World Race! Some of the items are a little spendier. If you want to help out but don't have enough for one of the more expensive items just let me know and I can buy part of it as well. The items will be sent directly to my house. - Last but not least I am in need of monthly donors and even one time donations. I understand that I can't do this by myself. And most important I understand that doing this missions trip is about us coming together to build the Kingdom. I am in need of finances soon and I know that God will provide. Whether that be a few that get us there or hundreds. I appreciate every penny that comes through my account. If a penny is all you can donate then that means just as much as someone who donates $100.
