Dear readers,
How to begin about me… It all began on February 8, 1987 j/k…I come from a loving Christian home with awesome parents and siblings. I am the oldest out of three (one younger sister and a younger brother). God has blessed us in many different ways especially our relationships with Him and each other. I am also blessed to come from generations of Christian heritage. Both sets of grandparents are Christian and have supported me through all of my life’s little and big moments. Family is very important to me and I pray now that through this journey the Lord will strengthen our bonds being thousands of miles away from each other.
The past three years have been very interesting to say the least. God has placed me in an awesome church and Christian community that has been preparing me for this next chapter in my life. I have grown so much and have really come to know who I am through my intimacy with Christ, guidance, being involved in different ministries, and fellowship with my church family.
God has shown up in so many new ways. The more I grow in Him the more I long for His presences and seeking His face to see where He wants to take me. Some times this is not easy but I am learning that the more I let go the less I have to worry about 🙂 …
The Lord is teaching me how to be me with what He says about me and everyday I learn something knew “About Me”.
So, with that said, what I have gathered in my 25yrs of life to say about me is that I am a strong Christian woman that loves the Lord, I have a strong Christian upbringing that has guided me through life and am blessed because of my family, I strive to look like Jesus more everyday, I am very passionate about what I believe in and am not shy to tell you anything , I love talking about Jesus and what He has done for me, I love talking about the Holy Spirit and how He is giving and showing me new things all the time, I love talking about God and how awesome of a providing and protective Daddy He is! I love being hospitable and nurturing (I guess it’s the mommy side in me) I am the happiest when I am in a house filled with friends and family either serving or planning and playing the games, I am very outgoing and friendly, I want everyone to feel included and be included, I am a fixer, I like trying to help others in anyway possible, I am a crier, I enjoy being around what God has created especially any type of water, and more than anything I love being in good Christian fellowship! I am sure there are many more things to know about me however, I hope that through this journey and blog you will be able to get to ask questions and read to know me better.
***Praying that God will use this blog to ultimately learn about what He is doing through His vessels and His ministry. I also pray that the Lord will speak to you through this and He will show you new things and you will desire to have a deeper intimacy with Him!
