Every evening I am greeted by children with huge smiles on their faces. “Hello Teacha Ronica” has become one of my favorite things to hear, I know when I look down I will see a beautiful child smiling at me, wanting to be noticed and loved.

I already do love them, there is something about their hearts, their smile, their joy that’s captivating. Every evening they line up for high fives and hugs. Each one wants something special so we make up personal handshakes to say good-bye. At the end of class I receive “I Love You” notes and flowers made out of toilet paper. It’s not that I just love them, but I feel loved because of them. They are not shy about sharing their affection and I am blessed because of it.

(Evening class)
I am here to love on people, to serve them, to bless them and this month I received the same love and many blessings.
It seems as if people here are not scared to love others, I feel this from my students, from the At Risk ladies and YWAM staff. Their love has taught me about the Father’s love.
