Happy Thursday!!
I'm excited to announce today two fundraisers I have scheduled that are coming up very qiuckly!
The first is NEXT SATURDAY!
This is a double-whammy! From 12-4, we will be holding an open house at our house in West Palm Beach. What this means is that there will be a garage sale (literally held in our garage because we live in a gated community and garage sales aren't allowed) only available to friends because we'll have to call you in the gate. Brittany will be selling Mary Kay items, I will be selling some clothes, Ashley will be selling a bed frame and some other miscellanious furnature, and I think Elaina has some clothes as well. I hope you can come!
Then, in the evening, there will be a concert starting at 7:00. Tammy Dahl will be traveling down to West Palm Beach with her band to perform at Palm Beach Atlantic. I'm so excited for this opportunity to share Tammy's music as well as share with PBA my vision as a World Racer. Beyond a night of worship, there will be activities and I will be speaking about my 11 month mission. Another event I have planned is a silent auction. This will take place on April 14 at Habatat Coffee Company, located at 529 Clematis Street in West Palm Beach!
We already have a few AWESOME items, such as gym memberships to YouFit gym, an introduction to scuba for up to 6 people, some goggles and snorkles (all donated by the wonderful Terri, from Diver's Direct), some restaurant gift certificates, and MUCH MORE. There will be a live band (They are SO incredibly talented) starting at 6, and the auction will begin at 7. Make sure to get there early so you can get your bidding number and check out all the items up for auction.
Scheduled the furthest out, on May 13, I will be back up in Michigan, and I will be speaking briefly about my World Race and updating my Ferrysburg Community Church Family about my plans and finances. We will also be holding a bake sale before AND after the service, so make sure to stop by our table and pick up some goodies!
Isn't this all just so exciting? I'm excited. As of March 19, $7,420.88 has already been raised, thanks to you! Halfway there!! I hope to see you soon at one of the fundraiser events.
