The cost of this trip is a little daunting. So, while I was in the process of applying, I decided to try and come up with some fundraising ideas. Let me know what you think.
- I've been making some bracelets. I can make hemp, beaded, and string bracelets.
- I'm also thinking about talking with my pastor to see if I can do a bake sale outside of church one of these weeks.
- I have signed up for a consignment sale at PBCCC on Dec 3, so if you're in West Palm Beach, contact me so you can buy some of my designer clothes.
- My boyfriend's sister's friend just had a bingo night where she raised a lot of money and was able to give out really cool prizes. That might be a fun idea.
- My boyfriend and I both play guitar, so it might be exciting to go busking?
- I'm definitely getting around to finalizing and printing out my letters.
- I want to go to my home churches in Michigan and Arkansas to present to my church families
- The fundraising idea I'm the most excited about is putting on a 5k race. I've been told that it's going to be a lot of work, but I think it will be so fun! I love running, and I know a lot of runners, so I think I can get some good support for my 5k.
