Before I get it into this topic, I will simply say that we
are all humans.

We’re curious by nature
and want to understand Why things happen.
This is good!  It’s good to
question things in life for our own understanding.

As a refresher, I started thinking about this
topic when a guy, who goes by “SeaNanners” I watch through YouTube posted a video sharing his thoughts
(below is the video if you would like to watch/listen to it).  I really dove deep in thoughts, and really
opened up a can of worms, which I hope will shed some light and understanding
to you whom may be reading.

SeaNanners
defined trust as “a feeling of confidence that somebody is telling the
“truthâ€.â€

So, what is trust? One definition is = firm belief in the reliability, truth, ability, or
strength of someone or something.

I believe Trust also correlates alongside with Faith.

Mark
11:22-25
“Have faith in God,â€ Jesus answered.
“I tell you the truth, if anyone says to this mountain, ‘Go throw
yourself into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart but believes that what
he says will happen, it will be done for him.
Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you
have received it, and it will be yours.
And when you stand praying, if you hold anything against anyone, forgive
him, so that your Father in heaven may forgive you for your sins.

This
scripture is just full of debate and different opinions from people.

1st – Have faith in a God that we cannot really see.
Since we’re born into a world where so much of our belief depends on
tangible “evidence, we relate this to why we want to solve and answer why
certain unseen things happen in the world.
Thus the “faithâ€ part comes into play.

2nd – is how Jesus explains an illustration of a mountain going in the sea.  I soundly believe that how we view things
with our humanistic imaginations are more than likely not as great as God’s
abilities and ways.

Hebrews
11:1-3
“Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do
not see.  This is what the ancients were
commended for.  By faith we understand
that the universe was formed at God’s command, so that what is seen was not
made out of what was visible.

Bad
things do happen.

Evil
is in the world, and it’s rooted in selfishness first by Lucifer.  The angels had a choice before everything
happen, and they choose to not go along with God’s plan of human beings existing
and created in His image.  It’s all about
choice, and the ability to choose.  It’s
beautiful and mind blowing.

Bad
things happen to good people and good things happen to bad people.

Luke
13:1-9
is a very hard, but good read.
I’ve linked this verse here to the scripture if you would like to read
it very quickly and easily, along with all the other verses I share.

Anyways, the scripture is of Jesus sharing
that Life happens.  People do die, and
rather unexpectedly at times.  Either bear
fruit or be cut.

Matthew
25:14-30
Is one of several parables about reaping and sowing.  God gives us abilities to take dominion and
bring the kingdom in His name, and wants us to take the responsibility of going
out and Doing it.

God
knows and sees Everything.  This is absolutely
scary to even think about.

He’s the
Ultimate Judge.

I
challenge you to read Romans12:9-21, but verse 19 says “Do not take revenge, my
friends, but leave room for God’s wrath, for it is written: “It is mine to
avenge, I will repay, says the Lord.

If
it’s not called Karma…then what is it?!

Even
if we may not believe the entirety of Buddhist beliefs of being reincarnated,
we sometimes instinctively call it Karma.

What
about “Righteousnessâ€, or we becoming blessed?
Even in Genesis 12:2-3 God told Abraham “I’ll bless those who bless you,
and whoever curses you I will curse.

SeaNanners –
“There has to be a reason I’m choosing to make the “rightâ€ decisions in my life.â€  “That has to be the case that people who tell
the truth are rewarded.â€  “It feels good
to tell the truth.â€

In
the end, WE have the choice to say things, believe things…ultimately choose
what we do.  God created us human beings
with minds of our own.  We’re not
puppets.

SeaNanners – “White, blue, purple liesâ€

A
lie is a lie, it’s all sin.  Yes, a
sin.  It’s an imperfection, which makes
us human. It’s Good to be a human, because we 1st must be a sinner
before we can be saved!

Also,
there’s no “Greaterâ€ sin.

Romans
3:23
“for All have sinned and fall short of the Glory of Godâ€.

God
is Perfect.

We have no right to come
before Him, yet He made a way through Jesus Christ.  Jesus is our mediator to talk to God and have
a Real relationship. Jesus was indeed a man in flesh.  Tempted as we all are, yet he was the perfect
one who was sacrificed for OUR Sins.
What other God does that?  Sends a
“heavenlyâ€ being to Earth to save those he has created.  It’s ridiculous!

Paul
in Ephesians 4:32 also reiterates what Jesus said in the gospels, which is for us to
“forgive each other, as Christ God forgave you.

So,
this whole deal of forgiveness towards each other is rather bizarre.  Even if it’s the “worst person ever.â€  That’s why Christianity is so beautiful.  No other religion is like it with the concept
of forgiveness.  All the other ones have
a system of some sort that you have to “work to become “better, and if you’ve
been in a church system, which says likewise then I’m sorry.  I apologize on behalf of whatever
misconstrued church told you otherwise.

“Is
anyone ever beyond forgiveness?

Forgiveness
goes against everything in us, yet it’s the only way to release ourselves from
the power of it controlling our actions and thoughts.

So
how does forgiveness relate to Karma and trust?

Well,
we can make it real, because forgiveness is Always personal.

Lets
say a friend of yours does wrong against you.
They lie, cheat, steal, harm you etc.
Karma would then incorporate that your friend who wronged you will have
something bad happen to them.  Would you
want something bad happen to them?  Would
you wish it upon them/speak death other them?
You would certainly lose trust in them.
That evil seeded thought of “vengeance would form, and if not dealt
with it will have implications for the rest of your life.  God will serve Justice.  Be humble and repent.  Move on.

I
recommend reading all of Luke 18, but here’s verses 7-8 “And will not God bring
about justice for his chosen ones, who cry out to him day and night?  Will he keep putting them off?  I tell you, he will see that they get
justice, and quickly.  However, when the
Son of Man comes, will he find faith on the earth?

Then, Jesus says in verses
10-14 “Two men went up to the temple to pray, one a Pharisee and the other a
tax collector.  The Pharisee stood up and
prayed about himself: ‘God, I thank you that I am not like other men ” robbers,
evildoers, adulterers ” or even like this tax collector.  I fast twice a week and give a tenth of all I
get.’ But the tax collector stood at a distance.  He would not even look up to heaven, but beat
his breast and said, ‘God, have mercy on me, a sinner.’  I tell you that this man, rather than the
other, went home justified before God.
For everyone who exalts himself will be humbled, and he who humbles
himself will be exalted.

What
about if God has “Favoritesâ€.

The
disciples asked a similar thing in Matthew 18:1-6 of who was “greater in the
kingdom of heaven.  Jesus simply
responded how “we must become like little children, and “whoever humbles like
this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven.

Peter
in Acts 10 after receiving several visions/dreams from God showing him how it
doesn’t matter if you’re a Jew or a Gentile to become a follower of Jesus.  Verses 34-35 say “I now realize how true it
is that God does not show favoritism but accepts men from every nation who fear
him and do what is right.

In
the end, it’s not my Job to know why things happen to certain people.  I’m not God, duh.  All can relate to one’s integrity, and it
doesn’t matter if you’re a Christian or not.
It’s all in how we carry ourselves around others and by ourselves, and what
we say and do, which other people notice and hold basis of their trust in them.  Above all, God knows and wants us to love
others as He has loved us.

Matthew 6:33-34 “But seek first his kingdom and his
righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.  Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for
tomorrow will worry about itself.  Each
day has enough trouble of its own.

So, if we seek and bring the Kingdom, we’ll be rewarded.

So, is Karma real?
You decide for yourself.
