Demons are Real. Suit up with the Armor of God, Stand Firm, and Go To War!
If you told me before leaving the United States that people can be filled with a Demon Spirit, I would have given you a “Are You Out of Your Mind” type of look. Now, that’s a little bit different. We (about half of the Q squad) went to some sort of Demon seminar thing that was for us better understand the Demons and how to better cast them out. The Reason why we had this seminar is due to other teams encountering demon-filled people. Don’t believe me? Read the other people’s blogs in my squad. That lasted about 3-4 hours.
Afterwards, things got Weird. I was just chatting with other squad-mates about thoughts of the whole thing we all of a sudden one woman just started acting really odd. Seriously, like a minute before I even talked to her, and she seemed Fine! If you don’t believe in Demonic Spirits, you’re living in a Lie. If you believe that Christians cannot be filled with an evil spirit…You’re Wrong. This girl, whose name is Betty, was a Christian. I know her background, because she was well known by one of our teams.
There can certainly be speculation that she didn’t have a Demon, she was faking it, she just wanted attention, and many other things. From what I saw and Heard….i Believe. I apologize for no pictures, because I was sort of scared to take any video or pictures due to the Spirit might destroy my camera (seriously I thought this, cuz my Mac. just died this week).
The Demon spoke through Betty about many people and happenings. She was writhing on the floor, and we had to hold her down, or she would of run off. The demon would shout, shriek, laugh at us, mock us, spit, and all sorts of other things. While people held her down and spoke prayer and commands for the demon to leave, I and others were all around singing loud and worshiping. This helps when casting demons out, since they can’t stand the noise and the presence of the Lord.
You can have a full conversation with a demon, and they speak perfect english…it’s weird. It said it’s name was Lucifer. You ask the demon it’s name so you can call it out and even better bind it up in Jesus’ name. This stuff I talk about sounds absurd. Really. Honestly, It’s Real. This demon was telling us info. about Betty’s relatives and how it was going to go and fill them (we later found out who the people the demon was talking about, since we wrote down what it was saying).
This whole shin-dig happened for maybe 2 hours or so. Demon’s fill our souls, not spirits, so that is important to know when speaking directly to them and casting them out. Knowing their names or character (if they’re portraying a snake or other animal), binding them out in a loud & bold voice in Jesus’ name, worshiping, and also is placing the Bible on the person. It’s remarkable how much the demon screamed when we pressed the bible down on her chest.
The last part was quiet interesting, was that we anointed Betty with oil. Just regular home cooking oil. Right when we held the bottle above her, she immediately started screaming. The points of access on a human body that a demon it vulnerable too are the eyes, ears, hands, and for some reason the belly button. Dang, like the demon shrieked like crazy we just put a finger-tip with oil on that. It’s so weird!!! The Demon did finally leave, and the person whom it takes over usually doesn’t even know what had just happened. It was a literal night & day difference when the demon left. Betty was completely exhausted and was completely confused as to why she had oil all over her face and hands.
In the end, always be on your Guard, and we have Power and Authority over Demons and evil spirits in Jesus’ name. Do Work Son!
