A few days ago, I took some time to sit with Jesus in one of the many cathedrals here in Kilkenny. My prayer is that these ornate, beautiful spaces are places where the people of Kilkenny encounter the truth, life and abundance that Christ offers. I pray that they don’t sell themselves short and refuse a relationship with Christ; settling for only traditions and ideologies. Jesus offers so much more than that.
The first of two teams has safely arrived here and began ministry last night. We had a great time playing basketball and soccer at a local park. I tried to take some photos of the action, but every shot came out blurry. I guess that means it was a good night of sports ministry 🙂 Please pray for us as we continue to ask God for His heart and desires for the people here. Also, pray for good health for all our team members. Thanks for being part of what God is doing here!
