Day by day life weighs on our hearts, but Jesus holds still.
Day by day we fear and doubt and worry, but Jesus loves more; more than any human heart will be able to comprehend.
So I pray, I pray for more love, so much love that our hearts may burst upward towards the heavens to give Him an ounce of an ounce of an ounce of the love He gives to us.
I pray for our hearts to continue to know of our weakness so we can rest on His strength, the strength that He so beautifully wants to give every one of His children, the strength to live in utter freedom.
Freedom where there are meadows of victory and hills of thanksgiving, where hearts are transformed second by second for the name of Jesus.
The skies of the heavens sit and display the brush strokes of the Creator allowing Him to write so beautifully on them-will we let Him write in the name of love on our hearts?
He accepts us for who we are, cherishing our hearts, and not only wanting to take all of our ugliness, but wanting to turn that ugliness into something radiant for the world to see.
Looking at our heart for the canvas it is, it is to become, and one day will be.
He whispers down, I have a purpose for you and that purpose is to be loved and return that gift; to Me, to the world, to every darkened place around you-to walk with a light that only I can shine; To set your gaze high above, allowing your feet to be placed before, and your heart to be held by the hands that crafted the universes of universes-naming the stars by each of heavenly glories they display.
To the One who is able to do far more than we ask or know, according to the power that works within us (Ephesians 3:20), sink, and sink deep into the depths of the depths, making your home in the crevasses that we often neglect, taking hold of our hearts and allowing the rains of your glory to blossom hearts of life and love.
My friends, may we always remember His never ending, all consuming love, the love that drives all of our love and is the breath of the very heart that beats in your chest! He is marvelous and you are a beautiful creation of Him 🙂
