I am more than a stereotype of description.
One word will never do.
I am more than my past and my current mistakes.
I have made many but been forgiven of much.
I am more than the words that people try to define me as.
Words can not define what the heavens assembled.
I am INFINITELY MORE than anything this world will say.
The world does not see with clear lenses.
I am more than one thing; one stereotype, one word of description.
Describing hearts requires intimacy and depth, no one liners here.
Yes I am whimsical, loving, fearless and adventurous.
But not only these.
I love seeing with heavenly perspective and hope but all while resting with the fierceness of a warrior committed to world changing.
I believe Jesus gave us His heart to do more than nothing with it, we are called to do all we can with it.
Jesus calls me worthy and where worthiness rests, so does He.
I can not escape the freedom He gave me or the love He lavishes; its part of me.
He is more than just one thing, one word. He is description-full and limitless.
His name shakes chains, His heart stirs revivals, He is THE ONE and I am one of HIS chosen ones.
He is worthy of all and has called me a daughter of just that!
So before we speak and breathe life lets ask Him for His eyes.
To see people as He does, not just adjectives.
To see people as He loves, not just bodies.
To see people as gems, beautifully constructed.
Before you pigeon-hold anyone into something, think of what He sees.
Think of the time He took to lavishly place Himself within them.
Because I am more than lovingly sweet; I am fiercely fearless.
The boy you think is nice is more than kind, He is a son of the most High, possessing much and requiring no validation from the world.
The mother who is hardworking is more than devoted; she is blood loyal to her family and a daughter of Jesus.
We are more than what we can speak but as we ask for heavenly eyes, we have the ability to OH SNAP the world one person at a time to seeing Jesus in each person around them!
