We are now on month four of the race which means that the squad leaders who have been on the race since we launch are in their last month and new squad leaders have been chosen from among the team leaders to take their places.
Justin and Patrice are the two amazing people that AIM sent with our teams as we went out to help get us started on this journey and now as three team leaders have been raised up, new team leaders have been chosen to take their places and all of the teams have been rearranged.
Alicia, the team leader that I have been serving with for the past three months, was one of the three who was raised up to become a new squad leader along with Tommy Lepke and Erin Fritz.
I am excited to move forward on my new team!
Here's a little bit about the people that I am serving along side continuing on in The World Race… I've stolen short excerpts from each of their blogs, but to get a better idea of who they are, click on their names and check out their blogs for yourself!

"I pray that I will always seek wisdom and strength in the Lord. The beginning and essence of wisdom is the fear of the Lord. There is a deep darkness in the pitfalls of living a fool's life. My heart may break with sadness and confusion, but I have faith knowing that the God I serve is omnipresent. He will never leave or forsake us."

"I desire nothing else but to bring His love to all the corners of the earth, to share my testimony with a heart of total praise so that others may know Him, and to shout of His amazing grace and mercy so that everyone knows that nothing could ever separate us from His love. He has raised this woman, once dead, to life, and I am ready to be used by Him to bring His life to others.
Here I am LORD! I am ready for Your call."

"To know God is more than reading His Word and going to church, it's going on a journey in the 'wilderness' to seek God in all that He has made. Through this journey I plan to know the face of God, seek His kingdom, knock on His door, and to hear His voice over any other. Getting away from what is comfortable, dying to self, and being stretched beyond measures will prepare me for the destiny God has in store for me. And its going to be worth it."

"I am incredibly excited to see what God will do with this change in plan (mine, not His). Every time I’ve offered open hands to Him, He has consistently shown me that His plans are much sweeter and grander than my own. It’s humbling how great of a giver God is to those who don’t deserve it. I’m praying that He will use this year to advance the gospel in others and myself, that people would experience the nature of Himself and His kingdom through His work in me."

"I love the ocean and being outside. The family farm is one of my favourite places on earth. I go barefoot as often as I can, and my favourite pair of shoes are my steel toed work boots. I’m as happy going to the symphony, as I am listenin to Irish/Newfoundland music an dancing a jig , as drivin and listening to what my sister would call ‘white trash’ music, haha. Most people I know call me a red neck or hippie, I suppose I’m somewhere inbetween."

"God has been working in me to allow me to forgive myself as much as I have been forgiven. The most important thing is I love God and I love people and hope to spend the rest of my life learning how to do that better and falling more in love with Him. I know God has something amazing planned for this next year and I am so excited to see what."
I am excited to see how God works through us as well as how He works in each one of our lives.
Please pray for us as we serve the Lord and His people together!
