Summer Camps

We are in a beautiful valley surrounded by lush green trees and fields that are decorated by wild flowers.  In the distance you can hear the bells of the sheep grazing and enjoying the summer.  We are in Borasko Jezero, an hour with the train from Mostar. This place is situated in a valley, surrounded by mountains with a beautiful blue lake, great swimming spot.

 

The team is working very hard and we are busy setting up camp and preparing the ground for the youth that arrive on the 3rd of July.  The campsite is called Emek Beraka which means: The Valley of Blessings.  This is the place where youth from all over Bosnia come and we share with them the Gospel.  This is the highlight of the year for the Church of Bosnia I Herzegovina because God does miracles here!

 

We have prayer week from the 30th of June till camps start and all the leaders and pastors from the country will be united in prayer.  God has given us scripture and I would like to share it with you. 
Isaiah 43:19 God wants to do a new thing and we have a great expectancy.  Join with us in prayer as we hunger for God to break through not just in our lives but also for this nation.

We will be in the mountains for the following 5 weeks because after youth camp we will also be camping with teenagers, kids and then with the adults.  We are in a very remote area therefore we will not be communicating as often as we would like.
