For this leg of the journey we have a good friend with us, who is part of the set up team and awaiting the arrival of the South Africans. But, the efforts proved more difficult then expected. So, the blue team and the pastors Samuel and Francisco had to merge and The Blue team officially became the Set up Team for this leg of the trip. hehe.

We went to Cascada De Misol-Ha to see about getting cabins to debrief for all three teams and the South African teams and found out they were twice our budget. It was such a beautiful sight with a huge waterfall surrounded by jungle. It was actually the place where Arnold Swartzeneger filmed “The Predator”.

We all were hoping that God wanted us to debrief in this amazing place. However, we knew this resort was way above or budget! So, as Pastor Samuel went in to speak to the receptionist the blue team stayed in the car and prayed that if it was God’s will He could make anything possible and make a way for us to stay here.

As we finished praying pastor Samuel came out with an employee of the Hotel, under an umbrella shielding him from the rain, he then asked for one person to accompany him to see the rooms. We sent Sarah & by God’s grace & faithfulness in answer to our prayers we were able to reserve the cabins at 1/2 price & stay within our budget. Hallelujah!

One thing we should tell you is that the day before, we were planning on going to Palenque to find the hotel that AIM was talking about for debrief. But before stopping in Palenque the Pastors wanted to show us a gorgeous water fall that they had been telling us about all week. To our amazement the hotel that we were trying to find was the exact place they took us to.

We were a little confused about it being twice our allowed price range so we decided to pray about it overnight. As you can see our prayers were answered. Praise God. All things are possible through Christ.
