One of my blogging goals for this year is to regularly feature work from my teammates, and I’m very happy to be able to kick this thing off with an incredible story from my good friend Rosie.

Rosiebaby, circa 2010

The first time I met Rosie, I was carrying her bag at training camp before I even knew her name — not because I was a gentleman, but because she handed it to me. Growing up without siblings, I wasn’t confident in how to treat these women like my sisters, but I very quickly and naturally found that relationship with Rosiebaby.

Rosie’s boldness in evangelism and love for people are surpassed only by her devotion to the King. When she’s not initiating conversation with total strangers who don’t speak English, she likes to kick a ball around with me.

I love her very much, but I desperately hope that she never reads this blog because she’ll try to hug me, and I ain’t about that.

Rosie was given the opportunity to share the truth and love of our Father with a Muslim woman on the train a few days ago. You can find her story here:
