Hey Family, Friends & all my Supporters…
I'd like to start off saying, it's been a while since I wrote a blog. It's been a crazy few weeks for me, but thanks for baring with me because next month in Honduras we most likely wont even have electricity or a way to get to a internet cafe. Thanks for all the love and support and love and prayers! It means so much! If you didn't know I only have about $5,956.76 to raise in order to be fully funded and it's all thanks to you and my father in heaven that im in the place Im in right now.
LISTEN&OBEY
I can't explain to you or even put into words the way God is revealing himself to me. Im totaly lost in love with him. I know that with him my future is safe.. and by being so obiedient in his calling and his words for me, he continues to pour out little blessings all over the place. God has been able to speak through me to help others and has been able to speak through others to help me grow spiritually as well. I know he speaks!!! We Just have to listen. I challenge all my family and friends and supporters that are reading this to not only GET ENGULFED IN THE WORD! but to also stop to listen to what God has to tell you. If you didn't know your "conscience" is usually where we hear God. The first words we hear are the words he is giving you. And it's your job to pray over the word or words and see how it pertains to you, or what God is calling you to do. Don't hesitate. Do it! I promise you will feel and see fullfillment and peace after. Thats called being obedient! In Hebrews 11:8 God old abraham to go to a place where he would, not right away but, later receive his inheritance… Abraham listened even he wasn't 100% sure what he was doing. He knew it was a calling from God, He knew where God told him he needed to be and he went. He obeyed and was LATER blessed, blessed abundantly. I emphasize on LATER, because even after we're obedient, it doesn't mean we will get everything we want or that God is just going to send us blessings right away. Theres no doubt he will bless you, but he knows what you can handle and may instead of sending his blessings right away send trials to test your faith in what he's called you to do. Thats where James 1:2-4 comes in "Consider it PURE JOY my friends when you face trials of many kinds. 3Because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance. 4 Perseverance must finish it's work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything. Our jobs as Christians and daughter and sons of the almight king is to not rob ourselves of Gods calling and words for us, by simply stoping and LISTENING. Don't let the enemy tell you lies… He will try to get you to believe that you can't follow through with the calling the Lord has given you. But you have been appointed and annointed. Satan has no power over your thoughts unless you give him the permission to, by believing the lies. Instead choose to grasp God's unfathomable love for you, and pursue him and listen to him. You wont be sorry I promise!
Psalms 46:10 "Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth."
Zechariah 2:13 " Be still before the LORD, all mankind, because he has roused himself from his holy dwelling."
My favorite verse right now is Zephaniah 3:17 " The Lord your God is with you, He is mighty to save. He will take great delight in you, He will quiet you with his love, he will rejoicew over you with singing." listen&obey. –
