Hello Beloved Friends and Family and Fellow Racers,
This is the beginning of my journey on the World Race!! Thank you for visiting my page. I am so very excited to invite you into what God is doing, to share in partnership and prayer. Through this mission I will be serving God beginning January 2015 in 11 different countries throughout Asia, Africa and South America. As I just found out of my acceptance this past week and my blog was created today, this is my first posting and will be kept brief as I continue in my training before adding my support letter and much more about my story and how I was led to this amazing mission in the next two weeks. In the meantime I hope you could begin prayerfully considering partnering with me in prayer and/or financial support and sharing with anyone you know that might consider joining in this journey with me. The total support that I need to raise is $16,243. My first deadline is $3500 by September 27th. This allows me to attend training camp in October which allows me to participate in the Race. I truly cannot do this without you! In my past year and a half as a Christian (or in my whole life really) I have never had to trust God with anything this big, yet that is precisely one of the reasons why I am choosing to do this. To know Him and His character better, to stretch and grow into the woman He is calling me to become. I so look forward for what He is has in store! God bless you mightily.
