Zion’s Gate Ministry
At this moment Zion’s Gate is focused on building their first set of dormitories at their ministry site. Hoping and praying to bring many young women (ages 2-18) off the streets to make their home Zion’s Gate. As our workers continue to focus on the inside of the dorms we would like to focus on the outside. We have two weeks planned on labor removing all the debris and begin to prepare the soil for landscaping. Also we would like to spend one week building a large rabbit home. Zion’s Gate teens will be working side-by-side with O squad in making this ministry site beautiful.

Shechinah Ministries- Serving the Poor
Shechinah Ministries continues to serve the poor for over 20 years in Honduras. Zion’s Gate will be serving side-by-side with founder Theresa Searcy in three areas this month. We will sort and organize the latest large container of clothes and toys shipped from the United States. Then we will enter various small villages to share the Gospel and hand out toy and clothes donations. We will also be up in the beautiful mountains digging out an area for a tilapia pond and an area for growing vegetables. These two projects will provide food for many poor families. Also, she hopes to teach the locals the basics of these two businesses so they can one day create their own.

These women come voluntarily to participate and hear the word of God. As a squad we hope to join her one Saturday to make a huge impact on these women. Also we will be alongside of Jami in a somewhat dangerous colony- Las Brisas for a day of fun, music, food, sports and sharing the word at a local soccer field.

Iglesia Tabernaculo de Sion
