Nebuchadnezzar, his face purple with anger, cut off Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego. He ordered the furnace fired up seven times hotter than usual. He ordered some strong men from the army to tie them up, hands and feet, and throw them into the roaring furnace. Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, bound hand and foot, fully dressed from head to toe, were pitched into the roaring fire. Because the king was in such a hurry and the furnace was so hot, flames from the furnace killed the men who carried Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego to it, while the fire raged around Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego.
Suddenly King Nebuchadnezzar jumped up in alarm and said, “Didn’t we throw three men, bound hand and foot, into the fire? "That’s right, O king,” they said.“But look!” he said. “I see four men, walking around freely in the fire, completely unharmed! And the fourth man looks like a son of the gods!” Nebuchadnezzar went to the door of the roaring furnace and called in, “Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, servants of the High God, come out here!” Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego walked out of the fire.All the important people, the government leaders and king’s counselors, gathered around to examine them and discovered that the fire hadn’t so much as touched the three men—not a hair singed, not a scorch mark on their clothes, not even the smell of fire on them!
This month I Feel I am in the place of these 3 men. I feel like Im in a pressure cooker and It just keeps getting hotter. Im in the process of moving, purging, sorting and leaving the past behind once again.The past likes to try and come back to haunt you even after God has already dealt with it on the cross. My relationships with my nearest and dearest have been so challenged. It been a process of surrendering to God all that is going on. Trusting that I will come out of the fire untouched and unharmed. My hours got cut back at work, my violent ex gets out of jail in 7 days, my car got vandalized the other day, I have been dealing with major health issues ect…. Its just been one thing after another. But through all this there is one thing that has stayed constant … That Constant is my Poppa !!!. He has held me tight when no one else has understood. He has rocked to to sleep when all I could do was cry. He has calmed me down when my heart has started to race. He has stroked my hair when all I have wanted to do is rage. He has whispered in my ear I love you when I have been ready to give up and crawl into my shell and hide. So through it all God has been by my side. And I have found joy in the midst of the burning fire, dancing around like Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego . In a sense he has kept me to blissed to be pissed. I've been inside my Jesus shell so I dont experience all the mind hell. When I say that I mean God has been renewing my mind , keeping my thoughts on Him. No matter what's going on in the natural , He keeps pulling me closer and telling me to go higher. To keep praising him, cause that's the only way I will see breakthrough and victory. The devil hates it when we give Glory to God for our problems.

While these 3 men were in the fire, The king saw 4. That's Because Jesus himself was in that Fire with them. While they were in the fire the Glory was on them, refining them making them a walking test to many of Gods Goodness, glory, blessing, triumph and Power. They didn't even smell of SMOKE!! Now that's a powerful God we serve right there!! And God did it so all the important people of that nation could see, God was ready to move on his people. He was ready To change mindsets, He was ready to set people free. He used Shadrach, Meschach and Abednego as His show and tell. To show the people His extreme love for his anointed. God Moved In that Nation after That, In a Mighty way!
Nebuchadnezzar said, “Blessed be the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego! He sent his angel and rescued his servants who trusted in him! They ignored the king’s orders and laid their bodies on the line rather than serve or worship any god but their own.I issue this decree: Anyone anywhere, of any race, color, or creed, who says anything against the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego will be ripped to pieces, limb from limb, and their houses torn down. There has never been a god who can pull off a rescue like this.”
Then the king promoted Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego in the province of Babylon. Daniel 3:28-30
We never know the reason why God allows thing to happen to us sometimes. But one thing is for sure God has a plan and a purpose that we usually don't see. And in the midst of it all He is refining us in that fire! So we can come out strong as steel, dancing in victory to take on the next Giant, He wants us to tackle. He refines and purifiies our heart, faith, mind , body and spirit so it comes like Gold. Never to be cracked or broken again. The fire makes us an unstoppable force with Him. So embrace your Fire . And watch God honor you when the cooking is all done . Thank you God for standing with me , For keeping me untouched and unharmed. For making me a pure steel. Devil you better watch out, Cause when I get out of this fire , I'm going to be one lady your never going to want to mess with again hahaha Thank You father for taking the bad and turning it around for your glory! I am forever in Awe of Your greatness and Love <3
I know how great this makes you feel, even though you have to put up with every kind of aggravation in the meantime. Pure gold put in the fire comes out of it proved pure; genuine faith put through this suffering comes out proved genuine. When Jesus wraps this all up, it’s your faith, not your gold, that God will have on display as evidence of his victory. 1 Peter 1:7
