Ok, i first want to say sorry about my video. It didn’t upload to youtube right so i will re-upload it soon so you can see it.
We are in New Delhi, India working with a children’s home. The home is called Asha Missions. It is considered an orphanage but most of the kids are not orphans. They live in this home in order to go to school and to have a better life.
I can already tell that it will be hard to leave at the end of the month cuz i don’t want to leave.
If you will let me, and i know you will since you cant really stop me from writing this, i would like to tell you how may day goes so you can know how tired i am by the end of the day.
The kids wake up around 430 or so. If you are at the house you will most likely be up soon after. By the way most of us sleep at a near by apartment. Then we hang out with the kids while they get ready for school, which means the boys are playing while they run around in their underwear. Next we walk the kids to the bus stop. Then we are pretty much free until the kids get back between 1 and 3. There are a few kids at the house that dont have school so we get to play with them. When all the kids get back they eat lunch and then have nap time, which i love. After nap time the kids study and do homework, while having their snack. Then its play time until supper which they play on the roof. Then they have supper followed by prayer time. They then start getting ready for bed which they finally fall asleep around 10.
These kids do all the prayer times themselves, which is really awesome. I am so amazed at how much these kids are filled with the holy spirit. It put so much joy in my life to be around them.
