Dear Friends and Family,
I want to share with you an exciting opportunity God has called me to. I have recently been accepted to The World Race where I will serve as a missionary through an organization called Adventures in Missions. The World Race is an 11 month Christian mission trip to 11 different countries around the world. In January, I will be traveling to: Philippines,Thailand, Cambodia,Vietnam, Malawi, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Ireland, Bulgaria, Moldova,and Romania. Through adventure, ministry, community, and self-discovery, World Racers develop broken hearts that propel their hands to act for God’s kingdom around the globe. On the World Race, my team and I will serve in partnership with churches and ministries in local communities to preach the Gospel, plant churches, work in orphanages, and minister the Love and hope of Jesus Christ to the many tribes and nations.
I am so grateful that God has allowed this opportunity in my life and I am confident he will provide the means for this journey. I am writing to you to ask if you would consider partnering prayerfully and financially with me in my ministry. I must raise over $17,500 for the World Race. This will in return cover all of my expenses on the field, my cost of gear, insurance and field allowance. I have enclosed a response card and pre-addressed envelope, inviting you to share in this ministry. The response card will provide AIM with the information necessary to send you a receipt for your donation. You can also send the check to me and I can deposit from my account. My first deadline is $3500 by October and I will need $7500 in my account 2 weeks before launching in January.
I’m excited about the opportunity and experience that lies ahead.
