Last month and this month we were informed about some of the ways women that women are viewed in each culture. What we were told was incredibly heartbreaking and horrifying.
Many of these women believe that there value lies in being able to have children, cooking, cleaning, the men in their lives, their physical appearance, etc. They believe these lies because it is what they have been told. So many of them will do a great number of things to feel that they are valued (according to these standards).
BUT these things don’t give them value. Instead many of them end up hurt, alone, with children and no father to care for them, infected with HIV, and shunned by their families and communities.
Something has to be done and these women need to know the truth. They need to know that they are valuable and not because they can have babies and not because they have a boyfriend and no because of what they look like.
BUT they are valuable because GOD says they are. They are valuable because God says they are fearfully and wonderfully made. They are valuable because God says they are the apple of his eye. They are valuable because God loves them with an everlasting love. AND they are valuable because they are worth Jesus dying on the cross to God.
I’m so tired of women not knowing the truth. It makes me sick that so many women don’t know how valuable they really are…DO YOU KNOW HOW VALUABLE YOU ARE? DO YOU KNOW WHAT GOD THINKS ABOUT YOU? DO YOU KNOW THE TRUTH???
Think about it you are worth JESUS to GOD.
You are precious to God and He loves you – Is 43:4
And to all the Women in my life I just want you to know:
You are beautiful inside and out. You are loved. You are worth it. You are captivating. You are inspiring. You are lovely. You are intelligent. You are strong. You are incredible. You are kind. You make a difference.
I love you all so much and I am incredibly thankful for each and every one of you. You are so valuable.
