Hi! I am Mady (or Madyson) Allen. I am so excited to get to participate in the World Race Gap Year! Here are some quick things I think are must knows about me:
- I sing, and I sing A LOT and sometimes really loudly.
- I love almost ALL music. But a lot of my favorites are bands other people don’t know: Half Moon Run, Panic! at the Disco, NEEDTOBREATHE, Daughter, The Wombats, The Mowglis. etc…
- I can (kinda, a little) play the Uke and Guitar
- I love to clean when I am upset
- I love to laugh and be super goofy
- I love people and hearing their stories
- I love to hike and backpack and swim and really anything outside.
- I have a “non-smartphone” because 1) I drop it regularly and 2) I don’t need any more access to the internet
- I love to paint/ be artsy (when I have the patience)
- I have an AMAZING family
- I am graduating May 27th, 2016 from a school that I love, but I have been there for 11 years soo… I AM READY TO BE DONE
- I am 18, and my birthday is August 7th
- I have some of the best friends, who like me, enjoy being silly
- I throw Discus for our track team in the Spring and I love it!!!
- I have an AMAZING youth group
- I LOVE to read
- I am very extroverted
- I love the rain
- I love the color green
- I am very extroverted
- I HATE scary things
- I don’t know where in the world I would be without Jesus
- I am so excited to be a part of the World Race and I can’t wait to share my experiences with you!!!
