Since October, I have been blessed with $11,451 for my journey! My mind is blown and my heart feels like it could explode. I am so incapable of understanding how vast my God is, but as days go by, I am gifted with glimpses of His goodness. I want to thank you for joining with me in this ministry and for prayerfully and financially helping me along. I don’t know how I could ever thank you enough. I am over 70% funded and need just $4,826 more to reach my goal. As a reminder, your donations cover 11 months of meals, lodging, air travel, land travel, sea travel, administrative costs, set-up costs, coaching costs, debriefing costs, and training camp costs. After my goal is reached, any extra donations will be put into a general fund for Adventures In Missions ministry. Also a reminder that donations are tax-deductible. May 21-31 : I will be attending a training camp in Georgia.
Early June : I hope to make a quick trip down to Mexico to visit the orphans at The Mission and say goodbye to dear friends and family before leaving for the year.
June 28/29 : My journey officially begins.

I will soon be posting a more detailed blog about all of the supplies that I’ve collected for the trip thus far. I will be backpacking so I have quite a lot to fit in quite a small space. So far supplies have been gifted to me or bought with my own money. They are not covered by the donation fund – unless specifically given to me for that purpose. I have all of my major supplies such as a tent, internal frame backpack, sleeping bag/pad.. ect., but still have quite a bit of things left to purchase.
