Today we did some shopping in town looking for FOOD! We discovered that there isn’t much to choose from, and we ate Tuna AGAIN tonight! Fortunately the locals make wonderful and interesting breads, so we had banana, chocolate and cinamon bread for lunch by the lakeside.
Here we are making
supper. This is at Hergon’s Gym in the
centre of town. The Lord truly blessed us
with this man’s hospitality and we are
very thankful for the place to stay!
The Lord has lead us to help Michelle and Helena, our two Canadian friends, with the
volunteer work they are busy with. We will be leaving early tomorrow morning for a nearby town in the mountains to take a look at one of the daycare centres where we will be working. There is a great need for a playground and also an enclosure for the toilette, so we will be building there for the next few days, as well playing with the children. All the teams are doing different projects in the area and the Lord has really opened doors for us at the school.

We have calculated that the next few weeks will cost our team in the area of 350 Dollar. If there is anyone who feels lead to help support our work here for the next few weeks, payments can be made into the following account
Account name: A. Franken
Account nr: 4901 3057 4466 9016
Swiftcode: firnzajja900
Bank: First National Bank
Adress: 5 Goedehoop Street, Jeffreys Bay, 6330, South Africa

Thank you for all the support and prayers! God bless!
