Dear Bosnia,
You were perfection in all ways. We were supposed to be in Montenegro, but our team was sent to stay with you for our seventh month on the race. Upon arrival and talking with our host, he said that 7 is a holy number for perfection, and prophesied a perfect month for us, and you lived up to that.
All of us were placed in areas of ministry where we thrived which never happens. From day one, I connected with and loved on kids that became my favorites quickly. They challenged me and laughed with me and made me remember teaching and how much I love it. They showed me my passion once more.
We were surrounded by such history and culture and brokenness but we were also surrounded by beauty and God and people that made it worth it.
Bosnia, you will go down as my favorite month on the race. You are a place I have wanted to go for half of my life and are a place I will likely go back to many times throughout he rest of my life. You were the perfect beginning to the second half of my Race and I thank you for that.
