My favorite ministry so far : Fútbol

For those of you who have reached out wanting to know more about soccer ministry. Here are some pictures and more info about what the last two Wednesdays have looked like.
We start at 7am and play till about 12. Kids of all ages come from all the surrounding slum areas and are full of energy. There soccer skills are not by any means what you would imagine. But that’s been perfect for me since it’s been 5 years since my last competitive game.
The kids are so full of joy and think we are so good! I bought a five dollar ball when I first arrived here and it’s now covered in mud and has a potential hole. I may have scored a couple of goals but my PK days are over- 0 for 7.

Thank you Lord for creating such an amazing universal sport that allows your name to be heard.
