5:24 a.m. – Wake up to singing and praying… right outside my tent.

5:45 a.m. – Finally drift back to sleep.

7:28 a.m. – Wake up and listen to a bit of music.

7:32 a.m. – Choose a shirt from my very extensive collection.

7:33 a.m. – Coke it is!

7:39 a.m. – Attempt to make all my hair go down but end up with a fohawk.

7:41 a.m. – Give up.

7:48 a.m. – Back to fohawk? Might as well.

7:53 a.m. – Pack my bag for the day with all the essentials: iPad, headphones, peanut butter Oreos, and my Bible.

7:55 a.m. – Let the world know I'm still alive.

8:03 a.m. – See who else is alive.

8:11 a.m. – Breakfast time!

8:44 a.m. – Take care of business.

8:49 a.m. – Brush teeth.

8:57 a.m. – Wait to leave for our door to door evangelism.

9:11 a.m. – Show off my super fast camera reflexes to Jess.

9:13 a.m. – Wait some more.

9:25 a.m. – Still waiting…

9:41 a.m. – Finally start moving.

9:54 a.m. – Stop to enjoy the beautiful view.

9:58 a.m. – Keep walking.

10:01 a.m. – Stop to enjoy the view just one more time.

10:09 a.m. – Arrive at the first house.

10:12 a.m. Begin preaching the Gospel!

10:51 a.m. – Pray and get ready to move onto the next house.

10:54 a.m. – Ask for directions to the next house.

10:55 a.m. – Begin the hike up the mountain again, to the next house.

10:58 a.m. – Realize some parts of the mountain that look like the top, aren't…

11:02 a.m. – Arrive at the next house/houses and thank God that there are so many people here instead of out in the fields doing their work as usual.

11:10 a.m. – Gather everyone to tell them about Jesus, some are hearing for the first time.

11:44 a.m. – Try to reason with a drunk Buddhist.

11:58 a.m. – Gather names, numbers, and addresses of those interested in church for follow up visits. Then leave for one last house before lunch.

12:04 p.m. – Arrive at next house to share with a Buddhist priest's wife.

12:06 p.m. – It's preaching time again.

12:32 p.m. – Leave to go back down the mountain to church for lunch.

12:37 p.m. – Eat an oreo and share with the rest of my group. Couldn't wait until lunch.

12:50 p.m. – Almost there… I hope…

1:03 p.m. – Lunch time and rest before going back out to evangelize.

1:26 p.m. – Watch the rain make all our mountain paths muddy.

1:43 p.m. – Time for some Bible reading!

2:00 p.m. – A little bit of Journaling.

2:09 p.m. – Rain has stopped so we're on the move.

2:11 p.m. – Go back inside to wake up Matt and Jess since their translator was leaving too.

2:13 p.m. – More walking through cornfields to find another house to preach to.

2:15 p.m. – Almost there!

2:17 p.m. – Arrive at next house and beginning sharing the gospel with them.

3:13 p.m. – Leave to head to the last house of the day.

3:17 p.m. – Arrive at house and greet them with "Namaste."

3:25 p.m. – Watch this man cut bamboo to hand weave a large basket as we wait for our tea.

3:31 p.m. – Move to under an awning of the house while still watching, to avoid the rain while he keeps right at it!

3:46 p.m. – Enjoy our fresh and amazing tea! 

3:48 p.m. – Begin talking with this woman who has been a backsliding Christian and hasnt gone to church since her son died in the Nepal Civil War, 8 years ago, explaining the importance of church and answering many questions of theirs on topics of healing, etc. (She showed up on Friday and Saturday to the church for the services)

4:38 p.m. – Snap a quick pic with this awesome guy before leaving to go back to the church.

4:41 p.m. – Arrive back at the church, tired.

4:46 p.m. – It's feet washing time (the ladies at the church made me)!

4:50 p.m. – Stand around and join in conversation with the Nepali locals

5:30 p.m. – Sit and enjoy the beautiful sound of the rain thorugh the mountains.

6:00 p.m. – Sit on the upper balcony of the church talking with our translators for the week, Bal Krishna and David.

6:03 p.m. – Help "prepare" the chicken for dinner.

6:21 p.m. – Bandage up my war wound from my battle with the chicken and thank God I still have my finger!

6:23 p.m. – Enjoy a cup of tea and some Nepali popcorn while talking with our translators again.

7:55 p.m. – Dinner time with everyone followed by team time.

10:04 p.m. – Say good bye to my tent for the night to avoid sleeping on what felt like a waterbed. (when I woke up I found my tent literally half way down the mountain)

10:05 p.m. – Lay out my slightly wet sleeping bag and say goodnight to everyone.
