yesterday we were invited to the girls’ house for another party. it was the cutest thing. we arrived and they had all these bowls on the table with cut up apples, bananas, and popcorn. they also had cups with pepsi and sprite in them. so we sat around and talked to them for a bit.
not long after, we found ourselves having a dance party. and who do they put on the tv? michael jackson and britany spears. yep. absolutely hilarious. i can’t tell you the last time i saw the “billy jean” video, or even “thriller.” they grabbed microphones and even taught us a dance. so much fun.
they even made us dinner. and did i say they are between the ages of 15-17? very mature and sweet 🙂
then today, they came back over to our place for another get together. it’s been awesome being able to establish relationships with these girls. they weren’t able to stay long because they had to go back to school to study, but we did take them to eat at our restaurant in the hotel.
it was funny because as soon as they saw the tv in the room, they turned it on, grabbed the mic, and started singing again.
