it has been a great, but busy last two days. AND WE ARE OFF TOMORROW MORNING!!
i cant believe it!
the race begins…and we will let you know as soon as we make it to the finish line 🙂
since we have been in panajachel, we have filled our days with meetings and fellowship. yesterday, when we arrived at the house where the rest of the teams were staying…we found our seat next to a rock with our name on it. not exactly sure what it was for…we engaged in a little worship and prayer time. after that, chad explained that there was a family who had lost their entire house in the mudslide. their team had been working with them to rebuild their home. the family had invited us down and so these rocks were used to build an altar inside their home. they have invited future teams to continue to visit their place and continue on building up the wall. for them, it was a memory of the work that we had done for the Lord in helping them not only restore their home, but also restore their lives.
and so…without much more to say…lets just praise the Lord for all He has done in guatemala! i thank you too for all your support and prayers!
continue to be obedient and ask yourself … “Do I love God more today?”
