I am a lighthouse, a lamp, a firefly
Jesus created me to be seen
He designed me to be transparent
When people look at me they see the light that Jesus turned on inside
I am no longer dull and colorless
He has lit a fire in my soul
People can either fuel the fire or smother it
Its your choice to build that fire in your soul for Jesus
Forgiveness is what creates a space to build that fire
Without forgiveness there is bitterness
Without love there is hate
Without trust there is nothing
Trusting the Lord is to live a life without doubt
Doubting what the Lord tells us is like ignoring a friend
Forgetting what the Lord has done for us is like running away
When there is light in us we will always have light in our hearts
We won’t be the same and others won’t look at us the same
I am a lighthouse bringing peace, home and comfort.
I am a lamp shining at the front door welcoming others home.
I am a firefly showing my light as darkness comes.
Jesus gives me the light to love, comfort and bring grace to people
