how about jewerly or expensive perfume?
who defines your beauty? is it people?
your parents?
your ex-boyfriend/girlfriend?
when all the glamour is gone..what defines your beauty?
& when your halfway across the world..who defines your beauty?
Psalm 139:13-16 (The Message)
Oh, yes you shaped me first inside, then out;
you formed me in my mother's womb.
I thank you, High God-you're breathtaking!
Body and soul, I am marveously made!
I worship in adoration-what a creation!
You know me inside and out,
you know every bone in my body;
You know exactly how I was made, bit by bit,
how I was scultpted from nothing into something.
Like an open book, you watched me grow from conception to birthl;
all the stages of my life were spread out before you,
The days of my life all prepared
before I'd even lived one day.
This month has been all about me.
i know, i know that sounded selfish
but God wants me to focus on me
im learning everyday that i am wonderfully and beautifully made
and everyday im being shaped into the woman he has destined me to be
when all the makeup and the social life are gone
and when im in the middle of nowhere Nicaragua
HE is the one that tells me im beautiful
and that im perfect!
It's so hard to accept that to be true 99.9% of the time
but HE continues to fight for me & continues to love me
even when im hardheaded..
my challenge for you:
to look in the mirror and ask yourself
WHO DOES GOD SAY I AM?
the answer might just change your whole perspective on life
it sure has changed mine..

I AM LOVED
I AM WORTHY
I AM SPECIAL
I HAVE A PURPOSE
GOD IS PROUD
MY PARENTS ARE PROUD
IM CHANGING LIVES
IM LOVING LIFE AND LIVING LOVE
