Cuba…
To be honest, it’s one of those countries I never really gave much thought about ever placing my feet on. Not because of all the hype you hear about surrounding Cuba, but just because it’s never really showed up on the radar.
Until recently…

As most of you know, here at Adventures In Missions, I currently work in the Church-to-Church department. Church-to-Church acts as a mediator between international and domestic churches, helping bridge the two together, to create long-term relationships.
Recently, my boss asked if I’d be interested in going on a Church-to-Church trip in February. I took a few days, prayed about it, and decided to go ahead and accept his offer. After all, I’ve only ever been part of the office side of our department and never been out on the field as a participant. At least with Church-to-Church.
In February, I will be traveling with a group to this foreign land that few Americans have had the opportunity to set foot on.
To be honest, I’m not sure exactly what to expect or what it’ll look like, but that excites me because it gives room for HIM to move amongst us as we serve the least of these. We will go, we will serve, and I believe He’ll do what He does, and save. How that will happen, I guess we’ll have to wait to find out!
I believe He’ll move though because that’s what He does.

Also, as most of you know, I’m support raised here at Adventures In Missions and don’t get paid. I’ve been working another job in the evenings at a barbeque restaurant to help supplement my income, but I still need help for this trip.
It gives you an opportunity to invest in what He’s doing there.
I currently have $50 for this trip in my support account and need to have $1,200 to make it possible. That’s coming up quickly!
