Seeing where Paul spent his time as a missionary
getting into the swing of World Race life-Month 2!
Talking to a lot of Muslim Turks and learning about their interpretation of who God is
Personally praying for persecuted Christians in the Middle East
4 Things to keep on your Prayer List:
that my team and I would pray constantly for this nation, as we walk, as we eat, as Islamic prayer is called 5 times daily and as we talk to the beautiful Turkish citizens
that I would be able to be patient and not grow frustrate when ministry seems less fruitful
that I would be able to embrace the Turkish culture and not dwell on its differences
that I would be able to meet God in this place and not force my American view of what a relationship with Jesus looks like on those we talk to but rather simply allow the holy spirit to speak through me
This will be our 2nd month and almost certainly the most difficult ministry wise. Please pray for us to represent Christ well as we are entrusting him to take care of the details of ministry and cultural divides. Thanks so much for supporting me and my team in this journey to take the gospel to the 10-40 window!
