Dear End of World Race Me,
Here we are at the end of month 10. You’re staying in Mendoza, Argentina at your last LDW, before you “officially” start month 11 on Saturday. You’re feeling a lot of things, but not totally sure if you know what you’re actually feeling. And that’s okay. You don’t always have to know exactly what you’re feeling, but at least you’re learning to tell when you’re feeling something. I pray that you keep listening to yourself in the future and that you never stop listening to yourself. Remember your feelings matter and are valid.
Right now you’re fighting old feelings of insecurities creeping back in that you’re not enough; that you will always be second choice; second best. I know Satan is trying to use these things to make you doubt your growth and change this year. I mean after all if you’re already having doubts now, while still on the race; aren’t you gonna doubt it and just push back from it all when you get home?
It’s true, you’re going to have doubts in the future; you’re going have times when you find it hard to see the change, to fight to keep growing to fight to keep growing….But remember, GOD LOVES YOU so much. He loves you so much that he took you out of your comfort zone and took you on a journey (both physically and spiritually) around the world to give you a new perspective, to grow and change you. Don’t ever forget what he’s done for you this year.
Things aren’t always going to be easy, but God is always there. Trust That! Trust yourself, trust others–let them in…keep letting them in— and most importantly Trust God .
