Hello to all of you beautiful faces reading this right now! 
I always find that writing about yourself is one of the hardest things to do. You'll read this in two minutes, and it will take me probably 2+ hours to write it. So I hope you enjoy this! 🙂
Where to begin…
Well, first of all! I am so excited about having this opportunity to go on the World Race. The Lord has truly blessed me. I can't wait to bless people in return. I know my life is going to change drastically by this experience, but I welcome it with open arms. I can't wait to see God works through my squad and I while out in the field!
Now to introduce myself!
My name is Danielle Baker. Most people call me Dani B or just Dani, so you're allowed to call me that too! I am 23 years old, almost 24 (June 4th). I am about to graduate (finally!) from Arizona State University with a bachelor's in Kinesiology. I was born and raised in Peoria, Arizona. I have never moved; I still live in the same house even! I have one older brother, Logan. He's pretty awesome! He's about to get married and is going to be a Naval aviator! Yay!!! :). I have two of the most wonderful and supportive parents, Keith and Lynette.
I have attended the same church my entire life, I was baptized there as an infant. Ha. I've probably been there longer than most people who attend! Being a part of this church has been such a huge blessing; it, along with my family, has helped me grow in my faith and love for Jesus! Two other things that have played a major role in my spiritual life: my young adults group at church and my bible study that I've been attending since I was 16. Without these two things, I honestly don't know where I'd be at! They both have also blessed me with the most amazing friends anyone could ask for!
The story of how I came to apply for the World Race is an interesting one, I will post a blog about that soon!
A few random things about me:
I'm a nerd. Ask any of my friends…seriously. Talk about the human body and you'll never be able to shut me up.
I can fold my tounge in half, hamburger style, and make it stay like that.
I collect, collectable barbie dolls.
I love sports. Played softball, basketball, and golf in highschool.
I also love extreme sports: quad riding, wakeboarding, snowboarding, and sky skiing (if you don't know what that is, I recommend you look it up! It's called a sky ski. It's a water toy. 🙂 )
I suck at grammar, so please forgive me!

I love Jesus, He is my rock.
I find apologetics really interesting, would like to study it more.
I'm a six year senior at ASU! Whoop, whoop. I took two victory laps. ha.
