FUNDRAISER TIME!

That’s got you hooked now doesn’t it?;) But wait… I thought fundraising was over. NOPE. But it’s for a cool opportunity. Bare with us!

Team Overflow is currently working at an orphanage in Maseru, Lesotho called Tholoana ea Lerato, or Seeds of Love for you non Sesoto speakers out there. We’ve absolutely fallen in love with this country. It’s one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever been, and each and every kid is amazing. We get to work at the orphanage by helping around with chores, playing with the kids, helping them with homework, studying the Bible, or anything at all that they need us to do. We were asked recently about if it would be possible to raise money for the kids, and of course we said yes! If you’ve watched the video at all, you can tell that most of the kids shoes are pretty beat up with holes in them and they need new ones! Also with winter approaching (it’s summer here in Africa) close toed shoes are needed. 25 of the kids need new shoes and there are all different sizes as well as different ages. We leave Lesotho here in a week and that doesn’t give us a lot of time to raise the money, but we know that the Lord will provide and that it will happen! We will be going to the store to buy the shoes by the end of the week, and although we don’t know exactly how much money it will be we are estimating it costing around 500 dollars. That’s considering that each pair of shoes is 20 dollars each, which obviously may very depending on age. If you happen to own a shoe warehouse, then hit us up! If not the best way is to donate monetarily. How do you donate? Well what a great question! Email [email protected] if you want to donate. Once you get in contact we can figure out which way will be the best to donate money. We can do Venmo, PayPal, bank transfer, check, or whatever works best! Again just get in contact with us and then you can donate once we connect. We’re super stoked to get these kids some shoes, and we’re so thankful for you all for partnering with us to help make that happen!
