My first impression was, how can a person allow this great ‘bakkie’ to fall apart.
There it was wasting away, old, rusted and in a terrible state.
Then something amazing happened:
the Land Rover was started and shifted into first gear.
The boat that was dobbing on the water was launched and the Land Rover was shifted into reverse gear, successfully and without any hassles the boat was pulled onto higher ground.
There I stood amazed at the power of Land Rover.
