Day One.
If this is your first time to my page, welcome!!! 😀
Today was my first official day on the World Race, an 11 month mission trip to 11 countries. My mission is to love God, love people, and to release God’s kingdom on earth as it is in heaven!
I am a proud member of A Squad, a group of 47 absolutely amazing world changers who are born again followers of Jesus, filled and empowered by the Spirit of God. Together we will go to Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Cambodia, Thailand, Myanmar, Malaysia, the Philippines, South Africa and Swaziland to minister and serve and love people like God first loved us.

A Squad, represent! 🙂
Within the Squad, I am a part of team Mighty Love. Be sure to check out my beautiful teammates pages and blogs too! You can find them on the left sidebar. They are incredible!

Meet my team; Mighty Love!!! Laren, Jennie, Jessica, Alena, Kristy, Andie and I at training camp! <3
Quick story of the past 24 hours. Between a cancelled flight, online banking systems being "out of service," no phone, and forgetting to write down contact info for my teammates when I arrived in Atlanta, it has been an eventful and unexpected 24 hours indeed!
After working through a midnight cancellation and switching airlines at 3am, I found myself on a plane yesterday morning and super sleepy, but at peace and filled with JOY! The man next to me and I barely spoke during the flight, but as we landed I saw a picture of an oak tree and heard the Lord say, “I’m proud of you” in reference to this man. Having barely said a word to the guy the whole flight, I hesitated to deliver the message I had heard. But I did and as I said what I sensed, he looked me straight in the eye and said, “I’ve been told that before!”
Hahaha. My mouth must have been hanging for a minute because he continued to explain why the words were so meaningful to him. As we got off the plane, I blessed him and his daughter and we parted ways, both of us uplifted by the goodness of God!
Then to make the morning even sweeter, as I got my baggage an announcement sounded over the intercom that a Christian worship service was happening in one of the rooms of the airport. Laughing to myself I made my way there. I got to meet some amazing men and women of God, who shared the word and prayed over me and gave me a travel Bible. Such a beautiful gift!
The day was filled with the Lord’s Presence and many other blessings! I could feel the divine order amidst the “chaos” of complications with my physical travel plans. But I’ve got Jesus 24/7, and where the Spirit of the Lord is there is FREEDOM, and I release it wherever I go. Freedom from anxiety. Freedom from fear. Freedom to love and be confident that even when I am not in control, I walk with the One who is. <3
Bless you all! It’s time for me to go to bed! Haha
~Love always, Chelle
