Hi! Sawadikuhhh (hello in Thai, prolly didn’t spell it right, but it’s better to spell it the way it sounds in order to remember how it should be said). Well, I am in Thailand, I can’t be too specific about my whereabouts in order to protect the ministry, but just know it’s BEAUTIFUL.
This blog is simple really. It’s just to inform you of some things you may not be aware of.
1) I do not need any more money so for those of you still sending monthly donations, stop! 😀
2) Well, actually, don’t stop, you can still support missions and the kingdom in an amazing way…
Let me tell you about my friend. I have known her ever since I was in middle school and have always looked up to her. She is sassy and spunky and original. I grew up around her when she was in high school and thought she was the coolest thing ever. That still rings true. Anyway, she played basketball in college too and ended up doing all this amazing stuff with her life and really admired her.
Recently, she went to culinary school and has spent the last few years working with Mercy Ministries. She has been called to go now. To go out into the world and pour out in the most uncomfortable yet beautiful places across the globe. She has been called to the race!!! I am so excited for her.
LaShon, I am going to get real right now and I am going to speak directly to you. It’s time. You must leave in order to break free. You have made mistakes. Amen. So have we all, I still am making big mistakes and I am on a mission’s trip and I am deemed a missionary. I need you to feel me grabbing you through the scream and saying, “You are worth it. You have specifically been called because of the broken places you have dined in. No one can relate to the people He has ordained for YOU to encounter. The world needs you. The enemy is pulling out all the stops to try to get you to not go. Rather than listening and believing those lies, ask yourself why he would go through all this trouble to keep you home. Let me tell you what I see. I see breakthrough happening on the race. I see complete and utter dependency developing. I see steadfastness blooming. I see you marching in and pulling women out of crap and preventing the enemy from getting a hold of them at all in the first place. I see you walking in complete freedom from the chains that have been keeping you bound the last few years. I see a new intimacy with your Heavenly Father transforming your entire life and the way you think about things. I see you leaving and not only leaving behind comfort and safety, but I see you leaving behind the lies, the battle of your flesh, and the “failures” of your past. Walk tall, the victory is already won. All you have to do is obey and answer the call :D. Easy as that, lol. Anyway, I am so proud of you and even though you may see dry bones and yuck closing in on you, He has given me visions of the life and light and FREEDOM that is waiting for you in new lands. GO!!!"
Okay, with all that said…
To my supporters, friends, squad, strangers, whoever…
I am asking you to support LaShon. To stand behind your sister in Christ who has been called to go. Who cares if you know her or not, I know her. I have seen firsthand the FRUIT that this race brings, so if you are interested in playing a part of a kingdom journey, send her some cash. I know that this is bold and it’s not polite to ask for money without doing “this or that” but sorry, this is a matter of life and death. Death to LaShon’s old self and birth to new LIFE. Death to evil that is rising around the globe, and life to the dim lights that need a little more hope. God has specifically handpicked LaShon to go and bring this hope. How cool is that!
In conclusion: stop sending to me, and send to her instead. PICK HER!!!
