So below is a short video of a bridge that my team crosses over weekly to get to a local compound (they call neighborhoods compounds here) that we stumbled upon the first week arriving here in Zambia! Last week was the first time I personally have crossed that bridge (we’re on week 3 now) and have heard of my other teammates accounts of how dangerous/sketchy it looked. Watching over this video, it definitely does seem a bit sketchy, but I also see and hear the fearlessness of our walk and our talk! Praise be to God who makes us BRAVE and gives us the boldness and courage of the Holy Spirit to take risks in the name of Jesus! Just over that bridge lies a community of people that are eager to hear the good news of Jesus Christ! I’m so proud of my team and hearing of how month one Moriah, Kayla, Laura, Erin and Emily are sooo different compared to month 6 Moriah, Kayla, Laura, Erin and Emily!
