Greetings Everbody!
So the last post ended a little sad, but peacefully. I just wanted to let you know that by GRACE (undeserved favor) and grace alone I just barely made my first financial goal. I am still short by $520.00, but it was still enough to purchase the first plane ticket to Thailand to still launch in January!! Soooo praise the Lord!! I am soo grateful and humbled once again. Thank you to everybody that responded to quickly to my desperate call for help. So now on to the next goal $10,000.00 by Dec 18, that’s about $7,000.00 more we have to raise in one month!
I took the week off from my full time job this week to catch up with life and rest. I was blessed with the opportunity to work a seasonal job at a haunted house in the historical Eastern State Penitentiary in Philadelphia, PA. This past month has filled me with sooo much joy to get to work with such a great group of diverse people who come from all walks of life. I have really grown fond of them enough to proudly call them my retail family…lol. I applied to this job to help support myself on the World Race and besides getting a paycheck, I have also gained some great relationships which I plan to invest some of my time in.
So I’ve been recooperating from working late nights after my regular 9-5, by running errands, eating healthier, catching up with neglected relationships, cleaning and now really grinding to get the word out about going on the World Race! Please pray that I continue to use this week off wisely and to really just seek the Lord during this time of rest.
