This month, heaven came down in so many different ways. Even though Vietnam is a closed country, the people here are so hungry for God. As I spend time reflecting, I can’t help but be filled with so much gratitude for all of the visuals, the food, the friendships, the laughter, the tears and even the strange bodily malfunctions. I love getting to know my new team by going camping, chatting in coffee shops and showing people the love of Jesus through our actions and not our words. Constantly talking isn’t necessarily communicating. I have loved hearing the desires of their hearts and how much they love the Father so deeply. These women are going to teach me so, so much over the next few months. I’m thankful for people that challenge me. Growth is something that I crave and long for, and the Lord is blessing me with people that want to call me higher.

Isaiah 52:7 – How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of those who bring good news, who publish peace, who bring glad tidings of good things, and who proclaims salvation.

I have pitched my tent in the land of hope; my soul is content.

Love, B.
