I arrived in Ireland 3 weeks ago and I never thought I would be feeling this way as my time here comes to an end. I feel like I have just got in the groove of things. I feel like I just found my place here and now it is time to go. I have some great memories here and I look forward to keeping in touch with some amazing men and women of God from Abundant Life. My team and 2 other teams have spent our time here in Ireland doing street ministry in Ireland. Some of us found this hard and others found it very easy. I was in the middle because sometimes it was easy and others it was very hard. We can all leave here knowing many people have been touched and just because we don’t see the results of those seeds being planted we have faith that a harvest will be harvested soon.

I can honestly say I have gained friends for life within our squad. I am also glad that J squad is no longer just team mates we are family! Community living has been lots of fun at times and others you look around and realize you are never alone. We have lost some tents so now some are sleeping two to a tent and others have put money together to buy more tents. This is what community living is all about helping others and meeting our family’s needs this year. Many of you know that Shannon lost her dad and returned home for a week or so and it has been very hard with out her because she is a part of our family and is not here. She will join us in Dublin to fly to Romania and we are excited to get her back with us. Please continue to pray for her and her family this year.

I am excited about Romania but I will miss Ireland. My team is going to Arad in Romania. We will be leaving Tuesday morning from Galway on a bus to the airport in Dublin. We will meet Shannon and then wait on the other teams to meet us. The when will all be flying Bucharest and then taking a train overnight to Arad. Please pray for my family to arrive safely to our destinations and that our luggage arrives with us.
