I can honestly say I am not hungry! I sit here and laugh as I am writing this because some of you back home really thought I would hate most of the food here and I would starve all year. I actually have loved all my meals here in Romania.
BREAKFAST: Bread with butter and jam, a few days we had eggs, and one day we had cereal
LUNCH: always starts off with a soup and then we have a casserole and we always have bread
DINNER: we have some kind of casserole and of course we have bread
DESSERT: pancakes with jam inside of them, a cake like thing with chocolate and a fruit, ice cream
A lot of meals have cabbage in them and I love cabbage. The soups are all really good and so are the casseroles. The desserts are all home made fresh so they are amazing.

I will have to admit we have eaten out some too. Scott and Paula are contacts here took us for pizza and ice cream one night. The pizza is different here but really good. I even liked the one with ham and corn and yes I just said corn on the pizza. We have eaten at McDonalds too.
Today was our off day and we had Italian for lunch which was really good. Dessert from the market before lunch and ice cream after lunch!
Then for supper we ate at a place beside the river and we had a Romanian style picnic food!
