This is the story of my life and internet around the world.
A story about waiting, multitasking and patience.
See, before I left for the race I assured everyone I would post the epic photos I took.
I imagined I would share tons of photos and stories on here weekly.
Then reality hit.

Internet around the world is sketchy to say the least.
It says your connected, your not.
You ask for the password and hope you understood their broken English correctly.
Once you finally get connected it drops connection every five mins.
Most of the time the internet speed brings me back to the good old days of dial-up.
So then I gave up.
I gave up on posting the photos, the cool stories behind them and resulted in just uploading them to Facebook.
Apparently, I just learned you can copy photos from Facebook to post here on the blog, but I still successfully gotten that to work.

Then I got confident, went against what history has proved to me, and thought, surely I have 3 hours to spare to upload my photos and a blog.
So I just sat and waited for each image to  S L O W L Y  load.
Then just as I am about to hit “post,” it happens again.
The internet cuts out.
And the entire blog I wrote, including photos
(I have since learned to write my blogs elsewhere and just paste it in, then upload the photos)
is erased.
J u s t    l i k e    t h a t.

I dont curse, I don’t make a sarcastic comment, no, like a good christian, I ask myself, what is God trying to teach me?
To let it go, and just post a Video…..
I miss you all and can’t wait to tell you the stories, share the photos, and remind you how much you have to be thankful for.
In the mean time my photos shall remain on the books, check them out there.
Love,
ASH
